By supporting young professionals in their basic vocational training, we give them an opportunity to immerse themselves in working life, while also securing qualified employees for the future. That’s why the FRIKE GROUP supports young people in their basic training as Swiss-certified laboratory technicians specializing in chemistry or as Swiss-certified warehouse logistics technicians.
At the FRIKE GROUP, you’re part of a community of apprentices across different locations. Everyone has a great day together at the annual apprentice gathering. Apprentices present their company or project to others, followed by a joint activity such as going to the movies or bowling. The aim of the event is to exchange ideas and build a relationship with Janine Schweizer, the apprentice mentor at Mönchaltorf.
