Your go-to partner for bulk production in various forms

The FRIKE GROUP stirs, mixes and produces around 2500 bulks a year in its own mixing vessels. Our bulk production of chemical products includes various galenic forms and is used by a large number of national and international customers. We are perfectly equipped for the bulk production of your cleaning and care products, whether in the form of liquids, emulsions, pastes, waxes or oils.

Our production processes are geared towards efficiency and high quality, for large and small series alike. We are excited to make your product idea a reality.

Bulk production of liquids, emulsions, oils and more

The FRIKE GROUP’s processing systems are designed for a wide range of batch sizes, product types and consistencies, so we can offer a high degree of flexibility. Our production facilities can produce liquid, semi-solid and solid forms and powders in cold and hot production. As our machines allow for rapid conversion times, we also offer fully automated processes for small to medium-sized series at competitive prices.

  • Liquid bulk production of flammable and non-flammable liquids, emulsions, waxes and oils in cold and hot production with maximum flexibility in batch size: batches from 50 kg to 16 tons. On request, we can produce up to 50 tons of bulk per day.
  • Powder bulk production of pastes and powders with maximum flexibility in batch sizes: batches from 50 kg to 5 tons, and up to 50 tons per day on request.
  • Explosion protection zone: We use a production area with explosion protection for the processing of flammable liquids and emulsions up to 5 tons.
  • We are equipped with 15 process mixers of all kinds, with different temperature ranges, pressure ratios, stirring speeds and homogenization times.
  • Storage containers of up to 50 tons for storing the required raw materials.
  • Tank for the storage of mixed bulk until filling, with a total volume of 50 tons or 500,000 liters.

In-process controls during bulk production

Our in-house development and quality control laboratory ensures compliance with strict guidelines to safeguard product parameters. To ensure that your cleaning and care products are always of a consistently high quality, we set specific standards for color, odor, density, texture, etc. We carry out quality controls throughout the entire bulk production process. From the inspection of raw materials and packaging materials to the monitoring of the raw materials produced and the filled end products, we use various parameters to test whether the defined specifications are met. A wide range of tests are either carried out in-house or outsourced to external laboratories.
