Your contact person

At all FRIKE GROUP locations, you’ll be assigned a direct contact person from the Sales department. Thanks to our experienced and dedicated project management team, you benefit from streamlined communication channels when it comes to getting advice on the contract manufacture of chemicals. Efficient workflows with established processes and rapid technology transfer guarantee rapid product availability. We offer you a personal approach and fast processes for the long term: Even after the initial production run, you will continue to be looked after by a contact person from Order Processing, who will ensure that you benefit from fast delivery times now and in the future.

Certified and fully documented

Your products are manufactured in our modern production facilities, which comply with strict guidelines and the current regulations on chemicals. We use scanning and the dual control principle to ensure that all batches produced can be fully traced. At any given time, this allows us to see when, where and by whom goods are being added, stored or transported, and in which processes.

We ensure quality and care

The FRIKE GROUP has its own development and quality control laboratories at every location. This ensures consistent specifications for compliance with the product parameters. To ensure that the quality of your cleaning or care products remains consistently high, we determine set values such as color, odor and viscosity. We repeatedly carry out a variety of tests in our own and external laboratories to ensure quality. Such controls are a feature of our work at every stage of the production process. We test whether the defined values are adhered to for raw materials and packaging materials, as well as for bulk and the filled finished product.

Support with regulators and formulations

Today, cleaning agents are subject to high legal requirements. For a product to be allowed to be marketed, the claim and hazard warnings must be correct. We help you to find your way around the Chemicals Ordinance, so that you can make well-founded decisions about your products. Our large Regulatory Affairs team can also provide support with various safety issues. This includes all regulatory registrations and approvals.

When purchasing raw materials and active ingredients for your products, we follow the strict criteria of the internationally applicable Chemicals Ordinance and only use certified sources. Our network includes certified suppliers of biodegradable raw materials, specialty chemicals and much more. Of course, you have the option of supplying the raw materials required for the manufacture of your products yourself.
