Aerosols offer enormous potential for taking sun protection products to a whole new level! Although spray can technology is already well established, it is still full of untapped possibilities: less oil, no crystallization, yet maximum stability and performance – propellants as solvents make it possible. Crystalline UV filters are efficiently incorporated, while the “dry touch effect” is noticeably improved. The targeted combination of gas and oil solubility opens up new avenues: propellants partially or completely replace conventional solvents, act as stability boosters, and at the same time optimize spreadability and application.
